Our clients include large multinational enterprises with complex import/export operations in Mexico, including multi-year strategic partnerships with companies like Liverpool and Kimberly-Clark. The Opportunity This is a foundational role at [Company]. Today, our Co-CEO Diego leads customer deployments alongside Françoise and the Chief of Staff. As we scale — with 5 Liverpool implementations launching this year alone — we need a dedicated, highly capable Project Manager to own this function end-to-end. You will be the primary operational point of contact for our enterprise clients throughout their implementation journey: from kickoff to go-live and beyond. This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of customer success, operations, and product. Key Responsibilities Customer Implementation Management Own end-to-end project management for enterprise software deployments, from kickoff through go-live and post-launch stabilization Manage implementation timelines, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance workflows for complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts Lead recurring customer meetings, status updates, and executive-level communications Track blockers, risks, dependencies, and escalation items across concurrent projects Coordinate testing, validation, and customer acceptance processes Customer Relationship & Success Act as the day-to-day operational point of contact for customer stakeholders across operations, logistics, procurement, and IT teams Build strong, trusted relationships with enterprise clients — ensuring they feel supported, informed, and aligned throughout the implementation Support onboarding, user adoption, rollout readiness, and post-go-live coordination Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience that drives long-term retention and expansion Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate closely with [Company]'s product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to ensure customer deliverables are met on time Serve as the bridge between client IT and systems teams (including SAP integrations) and [Company]'s internal engineering team — coordinating without doing the integrations directly Identify operational improvement opportunities and contribute to scaling our implementation playbook as the company grows Maintain implementation trackers, documentation, and operational reporting What We're Looking For Required Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) 3+ years in Customer Success, Software Implementation, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing operational roles Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS implementations or complex operational rollouts with multiple concurrent workstreams Strong project coordination skills — you are organized, detail-oriented, and relentless about follow-through Comfortable navigating large enterprise organizations with many stakeholders (operations, IT, procurement, finance) High ownership mentality — you proactively identify issues and drive them to resolution without waiting to be asked Ability to operate independently and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments Strong written and verbal communication skills in both customer-facing and internal settings Strong Plus Background in logistics, supply chain, customs, procurement, or trade operations Experience working alongside engineering and product teams on technical deployments Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) — not as a developer, but enough to coordinate effectively with client IT teams Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced operational environments Comfort with tools like Asana, Notion, Slack, Linear, Google Workspace Context: Our Enterprise Clients Our deployment model is built for large, complex organizations. Our clients include: Liverpool 5-year contract. 5 deployments in 2025, each approximately 6 months. First implementations launching August 2025. Kimberly-Clark Multinational enterprise. [Company] provides real-time cargo visibility and document management across their import operations. Elektra Large retail and financial services group. Import operations managed through [Company]'s AI platform. BS and MS in Computer Science from Stanford. Former senior software engineer at Blend. Engineering team based in the US and Europe. [Company] is co-headquartered in Mexico City and New York City. Operations are fully based in Mexico City. This role is based in CDMX — hybrid.
