REGIONAL HRBP LATAM

A leading global manufacturer of motorcycles with a strong and growing presence across Latin America, is looking for a Regional HRBP to help shape the employee experience across the region.

What you'll do

Partner with the Lead HRBP to execute HR strategy and initiatives across multiple LATAM countries.
Drive performance management, coaching managers through target-setting, reviews and calibration.
Lead employee engagement: pulse checks, focus groups and action planning.
Own talent management for high potentials, including individual development plans.
Turn headcount, cost and attrition data into decisions leadership can act on.

What we're looking for

9-13 years of progressive HR experience, ideally including regional or multi-country exposure.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; Master's a plus.
Comfortable adapting HR practices across different LATAM markets and cultures.
Strong coaching and influencing skills — able to align stakeholders without direct authority.
Industry background is open — strongest fits often come from multinational, matrixed organizations.

Responsabilidades Clave

Co-create and update job descriptions together with hiring managers
Engage new hires throughout the department's onboarding journey
Maintain and update job descriptions to keep them competitive
Produce monthly headcount and payroll cost reports
Coach managers on PMS guidelines and process
Clarify questions on target setting, mid-year review and annual appraisal
Conduct focus group discussions and pulse checks with line managers
Ensure implementation and tracking of employee engagement action plans
Drive and track the department/function's recognition program
Ensure the existence and progress of individual development plans for high potentials
Co-work with the Lead HRBP on talent reviews
Track and monitor adherence to the training calendar
Review the competency mapping together with the Learning Partner
Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances
Create data dashboards to support decision-making
Benchmark HR best practices

Cualificaciones Requeridas

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
9 to 13 years of experience

Deseables

Master's degree preferred in HRM, MBA, Organizational Development or related
