About the Role

Our clients are looking for an SEO Specialist to design and execute strategies that improve organic search visibility, increase qualified traffic, and drive measurable business growth. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to develop data-driven SEO initiatives across multiple markets in Latin America and the U.S. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves combining analytical depth with creative problem solving in fast-paced, startup-style environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and lead acquisition
• Conduct technical audits and optimize site performance (crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals)
• Research and analyze keywords, competitors, and search trends to identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with content and product teams to align SEO with marketing campaigns and product launches
• Track performance, generate insights, and recommend continuous improvements using analytics tools
• Stay ahead of search engine algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in SEO roles with proven success improving rankings and organic performance
• Expertise in keyword research, link-building strategies, and technical SEO best practices
• Strong proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
• Experience optimizing websites for multiple regions or languages (e.g., Latin America or U.S. markets)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
• Experience in SEO for SaaS, eCommerce, or high-growth technology companies (preferred)
• Familiarity with schema markup, structured data, and local SEO tactics (preferred)
• Understanding of content strategy, UX, and conversion optimization (preferred)
• Experience collaborating with web developers or managing SEO implementation in CMS platforms (preferred)
• Previous exposure to early-stage startup environments or regional growth roles (preferred)
